The Design Lab is a collection
of people within the Faculty of Architecture, Design
and Planning whose main interests lie in the general area
of the computability and creative practice of design. The vision of the Design Lab is to foster the view of design as an activity in its own right and explore its potentail through the latest developments in methodologies and technologies. This vision is achieved through
a symbiotic relationship between the education and research
programs conducted by the Design Lab. The Design Lab is internationally
known for advances in Design Studies, Artificial Intelligence in Design,
Computer Support for Collaborative Design, Information and Interaction Design, Smart Environments,Virtual Environments and Electronic Media Arts. |
