Dr. Kirsty Beilharz is a Senior Lecturer and researcher at the University of Sydney, Australia. She is also an Internationally recognised composer. Her research integrates design science, artificial intelligence and generative algorithmic processes applied to sound, real time audio-visual interaction and information sonification. Her interaction design research focuses on gesture and motion tracking using computer vision, wireless sensors and sensate environments to develop informative, responsive and aesthetic intelligent social spaces.
